Exciting and Significant Change to our Group!

Dear Patient,

We at Park East Cardiovascular would like to thank you for entrusting us with your cardiac care and heart health. We are writing to tell you about an exciting and significant change taking place within our group.

Beginning August 1, 2012 Drs. Blaufarb, Ingram and DuBois will be forming an independent cardiology practice called Manhattan Heart which will be located at 177 East 87th Street (Third Avenue), Suite 507. Drs. Schiffer and Romanello will remain with Park East at the current location, 158 East 84th Street. Dr. Dvorah Holtzman will be joining Park East Cardiovascular, effective August 1, 2012. Though this change was not easy for any of us to undertake each of the doctors will continue to provide the high quality care you have come to expect.

Some of you have been coming to our office for years or even decades, and we are aware that this is a significant change to a practice you have come to trust. Rest assured that both groups remain committed to providing the same level of medical expertise and service to which you are accustomed and without interruption. To this end, both groups will have access to your medical record and appointment history in order to provide seamless care during this transition. We assure you that the confidentiality of your medical information will be preserved through this transition.
